What you share
Our sample form asks for your email, optional first name, trade preference, and express consent to receive the sample and occasional product emails. Submitting the form creates a MailerLite subscriber (group “Sample requested”) with your email, name, and trade. Express CASL consent is required on this site before submit; we keep a consent note on the page and honor unsubscribe requests.
How we use it
We use these details to deliver the sample (when MailerLite delivery automation is active), tailor permit digests, and send occasional Pockt Permit Leads product updates. If you subscribe, your email will also be used for account and billing communications. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your choice
Consent is optional and must be given using the unchecked consent box before signing up. You can withdraw marketing consent anytime by replying “unsubscribe”, using the unsubscribe link in every email, or emailing info@pockthq.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not itself cancel a paid subscription; to cancel, reply or email us with “cancel”.
Service providers and records
MailerLite processes subscriber details for email delivery. Stripe will process checkout and subscription payments once checkout is connected — do not enter card details on this site until then. We retain subscriber details while needed to provide the requested service, and minimal consent and suppression records to respect unsubscribe requests. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to required record retention.
